Sleepytime Dream Salve

Handcrafted in small batches, this Mugwort Dream Salve is created to support a peaceful bedtime ritual and invite deep, restorative rest. Made with locally grown mugwort harvested from my own garden, this salve is intention-infused during the blending process to help manifest calm, vivid dreams, and a good night’s sleep.
Mugwort has long been associated with dreamwork and relaxation. Blended with lavender essential oil and lavender flowers, this soothing salve is designed to be applied externally as part of a nightly wind-down practice.
How to Use:
Apply a small amount externally to the temples, wrists, and neck before bedtime. Take a few deep breaths and set your intention for rest and peaceful dreams.
